Can I start adding products to my store after registering?
Yes. Once your registration is complete, you can log in, access trade prices and product information, and begin selecting products for your online store.
Why do I need an account to see product prices?
Trade prices are reserved for registered customers and are kept hidden from the general public. Create a free account to access them.
Which sales channels can I use?
You can sell through your own website, online marketplaces, social platforms or manual sales channels. Supported integrations make product and order management easier, while manual ordering remains available for a flexible setup.
Can orders be delivered directly to my customer?
Yes. You can send an order to your own address or directly to your customer. Customer parcels contain no additional paperwork and are prepared in plain, unmarked outer packaging.
Do product prices include VAT and delivery?
No. Website prices exclude VAT and delivery. VAT and the applicable shipping charge are calculated and added during checkout.
